Cancellations.

If you can’t make your lesson then please let me know as far in advance as possible. All cancellations can be made up during the monthly make-up session. If the makeup session doesn’t work then rescheduling of lessons may be possible at the discretion of the teacher. This is often very difficult due to other scheduling concerns. Feel free to ask but please realize that the make-up session is intended to meet most of these needs. Makeup lessons can be saved up indefinitely If my schedule allows it you can also do longer lessons to use up credits.

Substituting students and swapping times with other students.

You are welcome to send another student, such as another family member, if you can’t make it. Also two students may swap lesson times to resolve scheduling problems. I will try to facilitate communication for this purpose.

Teacher Cancellations.

Teacher cancellations will be announced well in advance unless they are authentic emergencies. Students will not be billed for teacher cancellations unless the student agrees to a rescheduled lesson. Also, students who miss their lesson due to a teacher cancellation are welcome to attend the monthly make-up session at no charge.

Make-Up Sessions

If you miss a lesson you can come to a monthly make-up session at no additional charge. Make-up session happen 11am-2pm on Saturdays. Call to confirm and come by to get caught up with missed material or for some extra playing time. I highly encourage folks to take advantage of these sessions.
